In 1999,China released its first edition of the“Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension”,which was subsequently updated in 2005,2010,and 2018,establishing a diagnostic,assessment,grading,stratification,prevention,intervention,and management framework for hypertension tailored to the unique characteristics of the Chinese population.Over the past two decades,these guidelines have been widely implemented in clinical practice across China and have played a significant role in the management of hypertension and chronic diseases,the development of grassroots guidelines,the formulation of clinical pathways,and the implementation of health insurance policies.

Orbital disorders include conditions originating from the orbital bones,surrounding tissues,and post-orbital septum.They also include systemic ailments affecting the orbit.Different clinical symptoms make up the complex range of orbital disorders.Because these disorders mostly impact the orbital area instead of the intraocular compartment,there is little diagnostic usefulness for typical ophthalmic visual tests.As such,the vital instruments for diagnosing and evaluating orbital illnesses have become ophthalmic imaging modalities,including ocular ultrasonography(B-scan),computed tomography(CT),and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).One way to improve the precision and promptness of diagnosing orbital diseases is to standardize the functioning of widely used imaging equipment and define the radiological features of orbital abnormalities.Such programs are crucial for the care of patients with orbital disorders since they considerably reduce the number of misdiagnoses and missed diagnoses in these individuals.The underlying concepts,operational techniques,and normal and pathological imaging findings associated with common diagnostic tools for orbital illnesses are all thoroughly reviewed in this guideline.The objective is to improve primary healthcare settings’diagnostic competence in the field of orbital pathology and to standardize procedures for diagnosing orbital disorders.

Objective:This study aimed to systematically evaluate the measurement characteristics and methodological quality of childbirth experience assessment tools,with a view to informing the selection of healthcare professionals who can provide high-quality assessment tools.Method:A systematic search was performed on specific databases:PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,CINAHL,SinoMed,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),and Wanfang,from inception to February 29,2024.The researchers retrieved studies on the measurement attributes of the childbirth experience assessment tool,and traced back the references of the included studies to supplement relevant literature.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,screening and data extraction were independently undertaken by two reviewers.Two researchers individually used the Consensus-based Standards for the Selection of Health Measurement Instruments(COSMIN)Risk of Bias Checklist to assess the methodological quality of the scale,applied the COSMIN criteria to evaluate the measurement properties of the scale,and used a modified Grading of Recommendations,Assessment,Development,and Evaluation(GRADE)system to assess the certainty of evidence.Result:A total of 15 studies were included to evaluate the psychometric properties of 11 childbirth experience assessment tools(including different language versions).Eight studies’methodological quality of content validity was doubtful,and the remaining studies did not report content validity.None of the tools reported measurement error,cross-cultural validity,or responsiveness.In light of the questionable or unreported content validity of the tools,the evidence quality was deemed moderate or below.Consequently,the 11 assessment tools were recommended as grade B.Conclusion:In contrast,the Questionnaire for Assessing the Childbirth Experience(QACE)is recommended for provisional use,given its relatively good methodological and measurement attributes and appropriate content for evaluation.However,further validation of other measureme

In the past year,several advancements have been achieved in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),particularly in the areas of immunotherapy and targeted therapy.These achievements have provided additional options for improving patient outcomes.The 2024 Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology Guidelines for NSCLC(CSCO NSCLC),a key reference for clinical oncologists in China,have incorporated current global research and adapted recommendations for applicability in real-world scenarios in China.This update covers not only patient selection,efficacy,and safety,but also considers economics,and accessibility,with an aim to provide more precise and comprehensive treatment guidance for Chinese oncologists.
中成药临床应用实践指南在国家药物目录遴选、医疗机构处方集制定、中成药临床合理用药等方面提供重要的参考依据,是中医药指南的重要组成部分。中成药作为中国药品供应保障体系的重要组成部分,在许多疾病门类中均发挥着重要的治疗、预防及保健作用,但也存在乱用甚至滥用现象。为了规范中成药的合理应用,浙江中医药大学研究团队基于国际实践指南报告标准(RIGHT)清单框架,研制了中成药临床应用实践指南的报告规范(RIGHT for CPM)。RIGHT for CPM清单汇集了已发布的中成药指南、现有的中医药报告清单、RIGHT清单及其扩展版中的关键信息,形成初始报告清单条目池,邀请不同学科的17位专家进行2轮德尔菲问卷调研后形成,最后由来自国内外中医药研究、报告指南领域的18位权威专家审查并批准发布。RIGHT for CPM清单较RIGHT清单新增16个亚条目和修订了RIGHT清单的2个亚条目,更加突出中成药指南的报告特点,考虑到了中成药遴选及入选标准、政策准入、适应证候和症状、联合用药说明、特殊人群用药、使用注意事项、西医医师用药建议等方面,可进一步提升中成药指南报告质量和透明度,促进中成药指南的规范化报告和中成药的临床合理应用。该文就RIGHT for CPM清单的研制过程、重点突出中成药指南特色的条目内容进行解读,以期促进RIGHT for CPM清单的推广应用。
Colonoscopy represents a safe procedure that is widely used in medical practice either to diagnose or treat various gastrointestinal diseases.During the last few years,the incidence rate of perforations in colonoscopic procedures has increased,especially in therapeutic colonoscopies.The recent advancements in endoscopic techniques and gastrointestinal tumoral resection procedures such as endoscopic mucosal resection,endoscopic full-thickness resection,and endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD)could be a risk factor for this increased risk.The incidence rate of mortality of serious colonoscopic perforations is 7.1%.The management plan for these perforations starts with conservative treatment in mild cases,endoscopic closure,and surgical management in severe cases.Recently,endoluminal vacuum therapy was found to be effective in the management of colorectal perforations and this has been reported in multiple case reports.This editorial provides an overview of the current guidelines for the management of iatrogenic colorectal perforations.These insights are from the perspectives of endoscopists and gastroenterologists.We also present a management algorithm based on the guidelines of the European Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy,the American Gastroenterological Association,and the World Society of Emergency Surgery.We also discussed in brief the use of endoluminal vacuum therapy in colorectal perforations.
