县中振兴是推动基础教育高质量发展的重要一环,对于促进教育公平、支撑国家城镇化战略以及助力教育现代化具有重要意义。本文分析了县中振兴在资源分配、优秀教师流失、生源不足等方面所面临的挑战,通过研究淮安市在县中振兴中采取的一系列举措,包括强化机制保障、市县结对帮扶、激发县中内生动力、改革招考制度等,给出县中振兴的一条可行性路径。The revitalization of county high schools is a crucial part in promoting the high-quality development of basic education, and it holds significant importance in fostering educational equity, supporting the national urbanization strategy, and advancing educational modernization. This paper analyzes the challenges in the revitalization of county high schools in terms of resource allocation, the loss of outstanding teachers, and insufficient student enrollment. Through studying a series of measures undertaken by Huai’an in revitalizing county high schools, including strengthening institutional guarantees, establishing city-county partnerships for mutual assistance, stimulating the internal driving force of county high schools, and reforming the enrollment and examination system, a feasible path for the revitalization of county high schools is presented.
