Basing on the investigation in the famous non-official enterprises in Zhejiang Province, combining with the financial situations of the non-official enterprises of the other southeast coastal provinces, the paper preliminarily probes into the new development trend and characteristics.
Based on definition of industrial competitive advantage,the author analyzed the factors that influence it,and then designed indicators to measure the advantage.
