The rule of glass surface adsorbing()241Am(Ⅲ)in aqueous solution was studied under different aqueous medium conditions through using tiny glass balls to simulate the container-wall.It was found that glass surface adsorbing ()241Am(Ⅲ)in aqueous solution can be greatly influenced by aqueous medium conditions,such as pH,ionic strength,kinds of cation and anion.The adsorption of Am(Ⅲ) on glass was decreased with increasing acidity,ionic strength,and using inorganic complexant with more activity.Using Stern double layer model,we can interpret reasonably the rule of glass surface adsorbing ()241Am(Ⅲ) under different aqueous medium conditions.
