This article concerns the problems enrolled by the practicing of electronic B/L. These problems include: the conclusion of contract of carriage, the transferring of electronic B/L, the evi-dence effect of electronic B/L, etc. Because electronic B/L, is the electronic data indeed, it has some special characteristics differ-ent from the traditional B/L in writing- The main point that the article figures out is the contradictions between electronic B/Land B/L in writing, i. e., whether they are the same in the basic natures that the B/L owns. The problem will emerge when peo-ple use electronic B/L widely. After deep considerations, the ar-ticle gives the answers according to the international treaties and customs.
