目的 观察白色念珠菌对烟曲霉菌生长的抑制作用,筛选适用于临床的烟曲霉菌选择性培养基.方法 将不同浓度的白色念珠菌和烟曲霉菌分别在沙保罗葡萄糖琼脂(sda)液体培养基和平皿上单独和共培养,观察并记录烟曲霉菌生长与否、是否产色素,并通过菌落直径来判断其生长受抑制的程度.同时,将两者在含不同浓度氟康唑的sda平皿上25℃恒温培养,观察和记录两者生长与否以及烟曲霉菌菌落的直径.结果 ①sda用于培养白色念珠菌和烟曲霉菌的敏感性为100cfu/ml.②在液体sda中,106cfu/ml的白色念珠菌能完全抑制103cfu/ml和106cfu/ml烟曲霉菌的生长.③在不同比例的烟曲霉菌和白色念珠菌的混合菌悬液中,烟曲霉菌的生长均受到抑制,其受抑制的程度与白色念珠菌的浓度呈正相关.④在含5 mg/l氟康唑的sda上白色念珠菌不生长,而烟曲霉菌菌落的直径与对照组相比无统计学差异.结论 体外试验证实,白色念珠菌对烟曲霉菌生长有抑制作用,随着白色念珠菌浓度的升高,抑制效应更明显,含5 mg/l氟康唑的sda可作为烟曲霉菌的选择性培养基.
