目的:探讨中老年人群甘油三酯/高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(triglyceride/high density lipoprotein cholesterol ratio, TG/HDL-C)、甘油三酯–葡萄糖乘积(riglyceride-glucose index, TyG)指数及TyG-BMI (riglyceride-glucose index-body mass index, TyG-BMI)与高尿酸血症(hyperuricemia, HUA)的相关性,同时分析TG/HDL-C、TyG以及TyG-BMI预测HUA的能力。方法:获取2022至01月01日至2023年6月30日健康体检中心年龄在45岁以上1165例受检者进行回顾性分析,将研究对象分为HUA组(n = 139)和NUA组(n = 966),分析两组间的人群的一般情况、生化指标、TG/HDL-C、TyG指数及TyG-BMI的差异。运用Logistic回归分析,ROC曲线分析TyG、TyG-BMI、脂质比与HUA的相关性。结果:Logistic回归分析显示,Logistic回归分析提示TG/HDL-C为HUA的危险因素,在调整混杂因素后,仍保持着这种关系。在TyG、TyG-BMI中也可发现类似的结果。ROC曲线分析显示,TyG指数、TG/HDL-C、TyG-BMI预测HUA的ROC曲线下面积分别为0.675、0.656、0.701、0.725 (p Objective: To investigate the correlation between triglyceride/high-density lipoprotein cholesterol ratio (TG/HDL-C), triglyceride glucose index (TyG), and TyG-BMI (TyG-BMI) and hyperuricemia (HUA) in middle-aged and elderly populations, and to analyze the predictive ability of TG/HDL-C, TyG, and TyG-BMI for HUA. 目的分析亚临床甲减合并脑梗死老年患者甲状腺功能及血脂水平的变化情况。方法选择2017年1月至2019年3月我院收治的脑梗死老年患者110例,予以双抗治疗后根据甲状腺功能分为持续升高组(治疗后TSH水平>4.5 m IU/L,60例)和非持续升高组(治疗后TSH水平≤4.5 mIU/L,50例)。对比两组的甲状腺相关激素及血脂水平,并评估TSH水平与动脉硬化指标的相关性。结果两组患者的HDL、FT3、FT4、UA水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。持续升高组的TC、LDL、TG水平均明显高于非持续升高组(P<0.05)。TSH与TC、LDL、TG呈正相关(P<0.05),TC、LDL是影响患者体内TSH的重要危险因素(P<0.05)。结论亚临床甲减合并脑梗死老年患者的TSH水平升高与TC、LDL有明显相关性,持续的TSH水平上升可通过影响患者体内血脂水平而增加脑梗死的发生风险。
