对重庆地区的蓝莓园叶枯病进行调查,对发病叶片进行分离、培养,通过菌落形态、生理生化和16S r DNA遗传分析鉴定到一株Bacillus cereus;将B.cereus针刺回接蓝莓幼苗,观察幼苗发病情况和测定植株中氧化保护酶SOD、POD和CAT活力。结果表明蓝莓叶片病斑变大,叶片枯黄,植株死亡;B.Cereus能提高发病植株叶片中氧化保护酶活力。研究表明B.cereus能引发蓝莓叶枯病。
