DENG Moumou, female, 47 years old, a teacher. She came to see the doctor on 5 November, 2007. Chief Complaints： the herpes zoster appeared on the left lower limb and pudendum for 24 days. History of present illness： in September 2001, the patient had no obvious inducement, right foot swelled gradually extended to the thigh; after the left foot swelled gradually extended to the thigh, pitting edema, absence of tenderness, activity was slightly slow. She was examined in the People＇s Hospital of Municipality, with- out definite diagnosis and symptomatic treatment, and left the hospital. The whole body swelled after a month, chest oppression and shortness of breath could not fall into sleep, and then she was hospitalized in the First Subsidiary Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University.
