轴承钢摩擦副全流量在线磨粒静电监测方法被引量:9
2012年
为满足滑油系统零部件衰退早期症兆监测要求,采用自制的全流量在线磨粒静电传感器对润滑条件下轴承钢滑动摩擦副开展实时在线磨损状态监测研究.研究了润滑条件下金属磨粒荷电机理和设计了静电监测系统,开展了不同载荷和滑动速度时的磨损实验,对摩擦系数、静电感应信号、静电信号均方根值(RMS)进行相关性分析.研究结果显示:①全流量在线磨粒静电监测方法与摩擦系数均能监测到粘着的发生,具有一致性;②静电监测方法在粘着发生前监测到异常;③在稳定磨损阶段,摩擦系数随载荷的增大而减小,随滑动速度的升高而降低;④在剧烈磨损阶段,静电信号中脉冲尖峰的RMS值随载荷增加时先增加后减小,随滑动速度的升高而减小.

基于簇特征加权的航空发动机状态监视方法被引量:1

提出了基于簇特征加权模糊C-均值聚类算法(FWFCM)的航空发动机状态监视模型,该模型主要分为离线学习和在线监视两个部分,离线学习模块计算出模型参数输出到在线监视模块,在线监视模块根据模型参数对实时数据进行分类,实时数据又输入到离线学习模块中参与更新模型参数.结果表明:相比基于数据加权策略的模糊聚类算法(DWFCM)以及经典模糊C-均值聚类算法(FCM),该方法平均离线状态识别率和在线状态识别率分别提高了5.233%和8.358%.实验证明此方法性能好且有很好的鲁棒性和泛化能力,对于不确定性的航空发动机在线状态监视有较好的应用价值.

基于Wiener过程的民用航空发动机性能可靠性预测被引量:31

通过对民用航空发动机性能退化数据的分析,提出了一种有效融合先验退化数据和现场退化数据的性能可靠性评估和剩余寿命预测方法.首先在先验退化数据的基础上确定Wiener过程参数的先验分布,然后利用贝叶斯方法融合新增的现场数据,对Wiener过程参数进行更新,并在此基础上对单台发动机进行性能可靠性评估和剩余寿命预测.该方法能根据现场退化数据不断地对可靠性和剩余寿命进行更新.最后通过某航空公司发动机性能退化数据验证文中提出的方法,结果表明41号发动机在2 000循环和3 000循环时预测的剩余寿命相对误差分别为0.060和0.018,可以满足航空公司发动机下发计划制定的实际需要.

属性权重确定方式及在衡量机型相似度中的应用被引量:3

由于民机研制时需要借鉴类似机型的数据和经验,因此需要根据重要性不同的各类参数来衡量机型的相似性。对于各个重要性差别很大的属性,定量地计算属性的权重和对属性的重要性进行排序是很有意义的。首先探讨了二元对比的主观权重分配法的算法实现,根据专家经验来确定权重;然后以数据的信息熵为基础来确定客观权重,并论证了其计算步骤;最后用线性组合的方式把主观权重和客观权重结合起来形成最终的综合权重。以目前主要的支线飞机为例,进行了计算演示,效果良好。

Optimization Method for Departure Flight Scheduling Problem Based on Genetic Algorithm被引量:4

Except for the bad weather or other uncontrollable reasons,a reasonable queue of departure and arrival flights is one of the important methods to reduce the delay on busy airports.Here focusing on the Pareto optimization of departure flights,the take-off sequencing is taken as a single machine scheduling problem with two objective functions,i.e.,the minimum of total weighted delayed number of departure flights and the latest delay time of delayed flight.And the integer programming model is established and solved by multi-objective genetic algorithm.The simulation results show that the method can obtain the better goal,and provide a variety of options for controllers considering the scene situation,thus improving the flexibility and effectivity of flight plan.

Evaluation of aileron actuator reliability with censored data被引量:1

For the purpose of enhancing reliability of aileron of Airbus new-generation A350 XWB,an evaluation of aileron reliability on the basis of maintenance data is presented in this paper.Practical maintenance data contains large number of censoring samples, information uncertainty of which makes it hard to evaluate reliability of aileron actuator.Considering that true lifetime of censoring sample has identical distribution with complete sample, if censoring sample is transformed into complete sample, conversion frequency of censoring sample can be estimated according to frequency of complete sample.On the one hand, standard life table estimation and product limit method are improved on the basis of such conversion frequency, enabling accurate estimation of various censoring samples.On the other hand, by taking such frequency as one of the weight factors and integrating variance of order statistics under standard distribution, weighted least square estimation is formed for accurately estimating various censoring samples.Large amounts of experiments and simulations show that reliabilities of improved life table and improved product limit method are closer to the true value and more conservative; moreover, weighted least square estimate(WLSE), with conversion frequency of censoring sample and variances of order statistics as the weights, can still estimate accurately with high proportion of censored data in samples.Algorithm in this paper has good effect and can accurately estimate the reliability of aileron actuator even with small sample and high censoring rate.This research has certain significance in theory and engineering practice.

DELAY-TIME MODEL BASED ON IMPERFECT INSPECTION OF AIRCRAFT STRUCTURE WITHIN FINITE TIME SPAN被引量:2

According to the failure characteristics of aircraft structure, a delay-time model is an effective method to optimize maintenance for aircraft structure. To imitate the practical situation as much as possible, imperfect inspections, thresholds and repeated intervals are concerned in delay-time models. Since the suggestion by the existing delay-time models that the inspections are implemented in an infinite time span lacks practical value, a de- lay-time model with imperfect inspection within a finite time span is proposed. In the model, the nonhomogenous Poisson process is adopted to obtain the renewal probabilities between two different successive inspections on de- fects or failures. An algorithm is applied based on the Nelder-Mead downhill simplex method to solve the model. Finally, a numerical example proves the validity and effectiveness of the model.

Study on segmented distribution for reliability evaluation被引量:4

In practice, the failure rate of most equipment exhibits different tendencies at different stages and even its failure rate curve behaves a multimodal trace during its life cycle. As a result,traditionally evaluating the reliability of equipment with a single model may lead to severer errors.However, if lifetime is divided into several different intervals according to the characteristics of its failure rate, piecewise fitting can more accurately approximate the failure rate of equipment. Therefore, in this paper, failure rate is regarded as a piecewise function, and two kinds of segmented distribution are put forward to evaluate reliability. In order to estimate parameters in the segmented reliability function, Bayesian estimation and maximum likelihood estimation(MLE) of the segmented distribution are discussed in this paper. Since traditional information criterion is not suitable for the segmented distribution, an improved information criterion is proposed to test and evaluate the segmented reliability model in this paper. After a great deal of testing and verification,the segmented reliability model and its estimation methods presented in this paper are proven more efficient and accurate than the traditional non-segmented single model, especially when the change of the failure rate is time-phased or multimodal. The significant performance of the segmented reliability model in evaluating reliability of proximity sensors of leading-edge flap in civil aircraft indicates that the segmented distribution and its estimation method in this paper could be useful and accurate.

基于延迟时间模型的民机部件维修优化方法被引量:3

民机视情维修理念推动了维修向高效、经济的方向发展。本文阐述了民机视情维修的概念;研究了延迟时间模型建模原理和建模过程,提出了以维修间隔为约束、以费用率为目标的维修优化模型。针对当前中国确定民机部件维修间隔主要凭借经验的现状,进行仿真分析,并提出通过仿真机体面板的故障数据,将延迟时间模型应用于机体面板的检查与更换等维修决策中。模型以费用最低为目标、维修间隔为约束,优化了维修决策。仿真分析同时研究了不同参数条件下的最优维修间隔的变化情况。研究结果表明该方法提高了部件维修决策的合理性。

当系统中存在某些重要部件易损坏时,可以对其采取机会维修的策略。这不仅能提高可用度还能分摊固定维修费用,改善系统经济性。从此角度出发,提出了维修费用和可用度的计算表达式。之后考虑系统中单个部件进行机会维修下,研究了在使用更换维修时维修费用和可用度,并在蒙特卡罗方法基础上设计了仿真算法。结合实例表明本方法可以有效提高可用度并降低维修费用。
