Al_2O_3陶瓷与可伐合金复合构件在电子封装、航空设备和机械工程等领域均有广阔的应用前景,但因Al_2O_3陶瓷与可伐合金理化性能的差异,焊接界面常存在焊接残余应力大、难以形成良好化学冶金结合等问题。总结Al_2O_3陶瓷与可伐合金采用真空钎焊、部分液相瞬时钎焊和镀膜钎焊的研究进展,阐述Al_2O_3陶瓷与可伐合金同钎料之间界面结合机理,展望Al_2O_3陶瓷与可伐合金钎焊的发展趋势。

Interfacial microstructure and mechanical properties of diffusion-bonded joints of titanium TC4 (Ti-6Al-4V) and Kovar (Fe-29Ni-17Co) alloys被引量:1

Diffusion bonding is a near net shape forming process that can join dissimilar materials through atomic diffusion under a high pressure at a high temperature.Titanium alloy TC4(Ti-6 Al-4 V)and 4 J29 Kovar alloy(Fe-29 Ni-17 Co)were diffusely bonded by a vacuum hot-press sintering process in the temperature range of 700-850°C and bonding time of 120 min,under a pressure of 34.66 MPa.Interfacial microstructures and intermetallic compounds of the diffusion-bonded joints were characterized by optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction(XRD)and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS).The elemental diffusion across the interface was revealed by electron probe microanalysis.Mechanical properties of joints were investigated by micro Vickers hardness and tensile strength.Results of EDS and XRD indicated that(Fe,Co,Ni)-Ti,TiNi,Ti_2Ni,TiNi_2,Fe_2 Ti,Ti_(17) Mn_3 and Al_6 Ti_(19) were formed at the interface.When the bonding temperature was raised from 700 to 850°C,the voids of interface were reduced and intermetallic layers were widened.Maximum tensile strength of joints at 53.5 MPa was recorded by the sintering process at 850°C for 120 min.Fracture surface of the joint indicated brittle nature,and failure took place through interface of intermetallic compounds.Based on the mechanical properties and microstructure of the diffusion-bonded joints,diffusion mechanisms between Ti-6 Al-4 Vtitanium and Fe-29 Ni-17 Co Kovar alloys were analyzed in terms of elemental diffusion,nucleation and growth of grains,plastic deformation and formation of intermetallic compounds near the interface.

不锈钢和钛合金异种焊接在化工、航空和核工业等领域均有广泛的应用,但不锈钢和钛合金因理化性能的差异,焊接界面常形成大量脆性金属间化合物,无法得到优质的焊接结果。以扩散焊、激光焊和电子束焊为主总结了不同焊接方法的工艺参数和接头组织成分对不锈钢和钛合金焊接质量的影响,展望了不锈钢与钛合金异种金属焊接的发展趋势。

稀土掺杂纳米相增强Ti-HA复合材料研究进展被引量:5

钛(Ti)及其合金由于其良好的生物力学性能和生物化学性能,已经成为高负荷骨骼较好的替代材料。可是钛合金与骨组织弹性模量不匹配,容易造成应力屏蔽。而羟基磷灰石(HA)是自然骨无机质的主要成分,具有良好的生物活性和生物相容性,但是却因强度低、脆性大,不能用在承载部位而限制了应用。在Ti/HA复合材料的制备方法和基本性能研究现状基础上,从纳米相增强和稀土掺杂等方面综述了Ti/HA复合材料的发展现状。

碳纳米管以其独特的结构和优异的性能被认为是复合材料的理想增强相,其增强效果受其在基体中的分散性能、与基体的界面结合状态等诸多因素的影响。在碳纳米管增强铝基复合材料的制备方法和基本性能研究现状基础上,从界面结合状态对其基本性能的影响和一些改善界面结合的方法,以及碳纳米管的增强机理等几个方面综述了碳纳米管增强铝基复合材料的发展现状。

保温时间对316L不锈钢与TC4钛合金扩散焊组织与性能的影响被引量:4

利用真空扩散焊接方法,研究了不同保温时间对不锈钢和钛合金焊接接头组织与性能的影响。结果表明,不锈钢与钛合金在900℃下直接进行扩散焊接,难以得到较好的性能。随保温时间延长接头强度逐渐降低,在保温120 min时得到最高屈服强度为43.01 MPa。焊缝界面处主要形成α-Ti、β-Ti、FeTi、Fe_2Ti、Cr_2Ti、Fe_2Ti_4O、χ等金属间化合物相,由钛合金侧到不锈钢侧依次为针状魏氏体区域、β-Ti区、脆性化合物区。随着保温时间延长,脆性相含量逐渐增多。断裂发生在脆性化合物区,断口呈现河流花样,为脆性断裂。

Friction and wear properties of in-situ synthesized Al_2O_3 reinforced aluminum composites被引量:4

Al-5%Si-AI2O3 composites were prepared by powder metallurgy and in-situ reactive synthesis technology. Friction and wear properties of Al-5%Si-Al2O3 composites were studied using an M-2000 wear tester. The effects of load, sliding speed and long time continuous friction on friction and wear properties of Al-5%Si-Al2O3 composites were investigated, respectively. Wear surface and wear mechanism of Al-5%Si-Al2O3 composites were studied by Quanta 200 FE-SEM. Results showed that with load increasing, wear loss and coefficient of friction increased. With sliding speed going up, the surface temperature of sample made the rate of the producing of oxidation layer increase, while wear loss and coefficient of friction decreased. With the sliding distance increasing, coefficient of friction increased because the adhesive wear mechanism occurred in the initial stage, then formation and destruction of the oxide layer on the surface of the sample tended to a dynamic equilibrium, the surface state of the sample was relatively stable and so did the coefficient of friction. The experiment shows that the main wear mechanism of Al-5%Si-Al2O3 composites includes abrasive wear, adhesive wear and oxidation wear.
