[Objective] The research aimed to analyze the inhibitory mechanism of Sophora japonica n-hexane extract which significantly inhibited Microcystis aeruginosa in the prior research.[Method] S.japonica n-hexane extract was used to treat M.aeruginosa.By inspecting chlorophyll a content, protein content, cell membrane permeability and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity, the inhibitory mechanism of S.japonica n-hexane extract on M.aeruginosa was analyzed initially.[Result] S.japonica n-hexane extract destroyed the cell membrane system of M.aeruginosa, and increased the cell membrane permeability. The contents of chlorophyll a and protein respectively declined to 10% and 50% of that in the control group after cultivated for 7 d,which indicated the photosynthetic reaction system of M.aeruginosa was destroyed. In addition, under the effect of S.japonica n-hexane extract,SOD activity of M.aeruginosa increased in the early period and decreased in the latter period.[Conclusion] The possible inhibitory mechanism of S.japonica n-hexane extract on M.aeruginosa was destroying the cell membrane to increase the membrane permeability;destroying the photosynthetic reaction system to decrease the contents of photosynthetic pigment and protein;making SOD activity showing the phased variation.
[Objective]The research aimed to study synthesis of the TiO2 photocatalyst modified by Fe/C and photodegradation of 4-t-octylphenol.[Method]Fe/C modified TiO2 photocatalyst was made by sol-gel and solvothermal synthesis methods.4-t-octylphenol as test object, photocatalytic performance of the catalyst was investigated.Influences of the Fe doping amount, catalyst amount,pH and sun-light irradiation on reaction were discussed. Moreover, catalyst performance under the condition of interfering ion existence was studied.[Result]When Fe/C doping amount was 0.6%,under the reaction condition of 25 ℃,pH =9.0,300 W mercury lamp and 1.0 g/L of catalyst amount,4-t-octylphenol concentration decreased from 1.00 to 0.02 mg/L by degradation for 100 min.Rises of pH and light intensity could improve catalyst efficiency. The existences of Na +,K + and Ca2+ had no effect on degradation activity of the catalyst.[Conclusion]Fe/C modified TiO2 photocatalyst had better degradation effect on environmental hormone in the sewage.

[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the inhibitory effect of Sophora japonica extracts against the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa.[Method] The inhibitory effect of extracted liquid of Sophora japonica leaf against the growth of M.aeruginosa was measured. Moreover, the active component was studied and analyzed initially.[Result] The absolute alcohol extract of Sophora japonica leaf was separated by n-hexane,ethyl acetate,n-butanol and water phases in turn. The polar fractions were found being the majority (〉60%).The non-polar fraction in n-nexane (about 25%) was found significantly inhibiting the growth of M.aeruginosa.The inhibition rates of fraction in n-hexane at the concentrations of 25 and 50 mg/L against M.aeruginosa in 7 d were higher than 75% and 90% respectively. In addition, chlorophyll a of M.aeruginosa was also destroyed in the presence of the hexane fraction.[Conclusion] The research provided the theoretical basis for preventing and controlling the water bloom of M.aeruginosa.
[Objective] The paper was to study the algicidal effect of water-soluble extracts of Chinese chive under different environmental conditions, so as to provide reference for further study and development of new algicidal substances. [Method] The effects of water-soluble extracts of Chinese chive on the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa under different pH, light and aeration conditions were compared and studied. [Result] The growth inhibition rate of water-soluble extracts of Chinese chive on M. aeruginosa was greater than 90% under different pH conditions. With the growth of M. aeruginosa, the culture liquid with different initial pH was finally tended to 9-9.5. The growth inhibition rate of water-soluble extracts of Chinese chive on algae cell increased with the prolongation of culture time within the light intensity range of 1 000-4 000 lx. The inhibition effect of water-soluble extracts of Chinese chive on M. aeruginosa under low light intensity(1 000 lx)was better than that under high light intensity, the best light intensity for growth was not conducive to the exertion of allelopathic effect. Meanwhile, aeration condition was more conducive to the inhibition effect of water-soluble extracts of Chinese chive on the growth of M. aeruginosa. [Conclusion] pH, light and aeration conditions all affected the inhibition effect of water-soluble extracts of Chinese chive treated by high temperature on M. aeruginosa. Understanding the effect of these environmental factors on algicidal effect of allelochemicals could provide reference for further study and development of new algicidal substances.
