Implementation and comparative testing of turn-based algorithm for logit network loading

In order to evaluate the practicality and effectiveness of the turn-based algorithm for logit loading (TALL), the TALL is implemented using C++, and it is compared with a combination of the network-expanding method and the Dial algorithm based on the analysis of algorithm procedures. The TALL uses the arc-labeling shortest path searching, bidirectional star and the deque structure to directly assign the traffic flow, while the Dial algorithm should be used in an expanded network. The test results over realistic networks of eight cities show the superior performance of the TALL algorithm over the combination of the network-expanding method and the Dial algorithm, and the average processing time is reduced by 55. 4%. Furthermore, it is found that the operational efficiency of the TALL relates to the original densities of the cities. The average processing time is reduced by 65. 1% when the original density is about 14%, but the advantage of the TALL is not obvious with the increase in the original density.

基于预信号的交叉口公交相位插入策略设计被引量:5

为降低公交车辆在多相位信号控制交叉口的延误,根据公交信号优先原理设计了一种公交相位插入策略.首先,基于预信号控制方法设计了策略的进口道设置和控制逻辑,建立了保证各相位饱和绿灯时间下的策略控制参数计算模型;然后,应用排队累积图示法建立了以公交车辆与非优先车辆的车均延误变化量为指标的策略效益计算模型,发现在不同交叉口饱和度(0.50~0.90)下执行策略,公交车辆车均延误降低量均大于非优先车辆车均延误增加量,且饱和度越低,两者相差越大.最后通过实例仿真进行了验证分析,研究结果表明:在适中的交叉口饱和度(≤0.9)情况下,执行基于预信号的公交相位插入策略能够在不显著影响非优先车辆运行的同时,有效降低公交车辆的延误.

大型活动应急疏散交通需求时间加载模型被引量:3

由于大型活动应急疏散交通需求有明显的时变性特点,需要对应急交通需求分布的时间维度精确刻画,详细分析了场所内部疏散人员进入路网各个阶段的时间分布和场所外部人员疏散时间影响因素,给出了改进的应急交通需求时变曲线函数.以南京奥体中心体育场蔡依林演唱会为例,虚拟大规模爆炸威胁事件,对体育场及其周边区域进行紧急疏散.通过TransCAD仿真分析,预测得到疏散总量、不同交通方式比例和疏散行为反应曲线.

Characteristics and risk of violation behavior of non-motorists at signalized intersections被引量:6

Aiming at prevalent violations of non-motorists at urban intersections in China, this paper intends to clarify the characteristics and risks of non-motorist violations at signalized intersections through questionnaires and video recordings, which may serve as a basis for non-motorized vehicle management. It can help improve the traffic order and enhance the degree of safety at signalized intersections. To obtain the perception information, a questionaire survey on the Internet was conducted and 972 valid questionnaires were returned. It is found that academic degree contributes little to non-motorist violations, while electrical bicyclists have a relatively higher frequency of violations compared with bicyclists. The video data of 18 228 non-motorist behaviors indicate that the violation rate of all non-motorists is 26.5%; the number of conflicts reaches 1 938, among which violation conflicts account for 66.8%. The study shows that the violation rates and the violation behavior at three types of surveyed intersections are markedly different. It is also concluded that the conflict rates and the violation rates are positively correlated. Furthermore, signal violation, traveling in the wrong direction, and overspeeding to cross the intersection are the most dangerous among traffic violation behaviors.

Route optimization model for pedestrian evacuation in metro hubs被引量:2

The route optimization problem for road networks was applied to pedestrian flow.Evacuation path networks with nodes and arcs considering the traffic capacities of facilities were built in metro hubs,and a path impedance function for metro hubs which used the relationships among circulation speed,density and flow rate for pedestrians was defined.Then,a route optimization model which minimizes the movement time of the last evacuee was constructed to optimize evacuation performance.Solutions to the proposed mathematical model were obtained through an iterative optimization process.The route optimization model was applied to Xidan Station of Beijing Metro Line 4 based on the actual situations,and the calculation results of the model were tested using buildingExodus microscopic evacuation simulation software.The simulation result shows that the proposed model shortens the evacuation time by 16.05%,3.15% and 2.78% compared with all or none method,equally split method and Logit model,respectively.Furthermore,when the population gets larger,evacuation efficiency in the proposed model has a greater advantage.

基于元胞自动机和复杂网络理论的双向行人流建模被引量:16

通过设计行人行走倾向性调查实验,分析了行人的行走倾向性特征.引入前进系数、右倾系数、超越系数以及影响修正系数等对元胞自动机(CA)基本模型中的转移概率进行修正,建立了考虑行人行走倾向性特征的CA行人仿真模型.针对该模型中的行人群体,依据k-近邻作用原理,构建行人复杂网络.通过计算机仿真,揭示了行人流密度、速度和流量的关系以及仿真过程中出现的自组织现象.进一步分析仿真输出的行人流基本参数和行人复杂网络主要特征参数,发现对同一行人流,其平均速度和网络平均路径长度均随着行人流状态的改变而变化.最后,通过平均路径长度和平均速度的数据拟合,得出两者之间存在着线性负相关关系的结论,即具有较小网络平均路径长度的行人流具有较高的平均速度.

Application of discrete choice model in trip mode structure forecast:a case study of Bengbu

In order to find the main factors that influence the urban traffic structure,a relational model between the travelers' characteristics and the trip mode choice is built.The data of urban residents' characteristics are obtained from statistical data,while the trip mode split data is collected through a trip survey in Bengbu.In addition,the discrete choice model is adopted to build the functional relationship between the mode choice and the travelers' personal characteristics,as well as family characteristics and trip characteristics.The model shows that the relationship between the mode split and the personal,as well as family and trip characteristics is stable and changes little as the time changes.Deduced by the discrete model,the mode split result is relatively accurate and can be feasibly used for trip mode structure forecasts.Furthermore,the proposed model can also contribute to find the key influencing factors on trip mode choice,and restructure or optimize the urban trip mode structure.
