Construction background of Hunan emergency public warning information release platform was introduced,and current status and demands of provincial information release were analyzed.Supported by GIS,Java,and Net,Hunan early warning information release platform of public emergency was constructed based on ORACLE database and Windows 2008 Server,achieving information collection,packaging,transmission,de-packaging,and releasing concentration,standard and processing.In addition,the framework and functional characters of the system were illustrated and the innovation points were explored.The system provides guarantee for meteorological services and disaster prevention or reducing of Hunan public emergencies.
