The electrochemical of sudanⅠat an bismuth-film electrode has been studied.In the buffer solution of HAc-NaAc and ethanol(pH = 4.0),sudanⅠproduces an reductive peak at-0.5V,peak current showed a well linear relationship with concentration of sudanⅠin the range of 1.7×10-6mol/L~5.9×10-5mol/L,and to regression equation to ip =4.862+ 7.374C(×10-6mol/L),r=0.9978。 The limit of the detection is 8.1×10-7mol/L.This method can be applied to detemine sudanⅠ.
1,6-diphenylphosphine-hexane was synthesized by using diverse raw materials and adopting different methods.Efects of time,solvent,temperature,and method of synthesis were studied.The results manif est tha tlithium and triphenylphosphine were used for materials in THF and crystaled in CH3OH-H2O,when the reaction was in pure nitrogen with the temperature under 15℃for 10h,the rate of producing 1,6-diphenylphosphine-hexane was up to 90.1%.The product was determined by element analysis,x-ray diffraction,IR,NMR.
