多花蒿中愈创木内酯类成分研究被引量:4

采用多种色谱技术对多花蒿干燥地上部分95%乙醇提取物进行化学成分研究,得到10个愈创木内酯类化合物,通过理化数据和波谱分析鉴定其结构分别为多花蒿内酯E(1),tanaphillin(2),1β,10β-epoxydehydroleucodin(3),5-hydroxyleucodin(4),dehydrocostuslactone(5),3-O-methyl-iso-secotanapartholide(6),roxbughianin A(7),dehydroleucodin(8),arglabin(9),8α-acetoxyarglabin(10)。化合物1为新化合物,2~7为首次从该植物中分离得到。化合物3对人肝癌细胞Bel-7402较强的细胞毒活性,IC50为5.35μmol·L^(-1),化合物6对人胃癌细胞(BGC-823)有较强的细胞毒活性,IC50为2.68μmol·L^(-1)。

采用多种色谱技术对多花蒿Artemisia myriantha干燥地上部分95%乙醇提取物中的倍半萜类成分进行化学成分研究,分离得到13个化合物。通过理化数据和波谱分析鉴定其结构分别为blumenol A(1),(+)-dehydrovomifoliol(2),(+)-3-hydroxy-β-ionone(3),(3R,6R,7E)-3-hydroxy-4,7-megastigmadien-9-one(4),(-)-10-oxo-isodauc-3-en-15-oic acid(5),isoerivanin(6),eudesmafraglaucolide(7),artanomalide A(8),13-acetoxy-3β-hydroxy-germacra-1(10)E,4E,7(11)-trien-12,6α-olide(9),13-acetoxy-3β-tigloyl-germacra-1(10)E,4E,7(11)-trien-12,6α-olide(10),13-acetoxy-3β-(3-methylbutanoyl)-germacra-1(10)E,4E,7(11)-trien-12,6α-olide(11),3,9-diacetoxy-13-hydroxy-1(10),4,7(11)-germacratrien-12,6α-olide(12),8α-angeloyloxycostunolide(13)。化合物1~6,13为首次从该属植物中分离得到,7~9,12为首次从该植物中分离得到。化合物8对人结肠癌(HCT-8)和人胃癌细胞(BGC-823)有较强的细胞毒活性,IC50分别为2.33,4.53μmol·L^(-1)。

Lignans and flavonoids from Artemisia brachyloba被引量:9

A phytochemical investigation on the aerial parts of Artemisia brachyloba led to the isolation of 13 compounds(1-13) for the first time, including eight lignans(1-8) and five flavonoids(9-13). The structures of the isolated compounds were elucidated by analysis of the NMR spectroscopic data and comparison with the literature. The 1 H and 13 C NMR data of 1 were fully assigned for the first time by the 2 D NMR analysis. All the isolates were evaluated for their inhibitory effects on nitric oxide production in lipopolysaccharide-challenged BV-2 microglial cells.

Sesquiterpenes from Artemisia giraldii var. longipedunculata被引量:4

A phytochemical investigation on the aerial parts of Artemisia giraldii var. longipedunculata led to the isolation of 10 known sesquiterpenes, including 12-hydroxy-α-cyperone(1), 1β,6α-dihydroxyeudesma-4(15)-ene(2), carainterol A(3), oplodiol(4), douglanin(5), 1α-hydroxyisodauc-4-en-15-al(6), 3α,6α-dihydroxybisabola-4,10-diene(7), 4α,5β-dihydroxybisabola-2,10-diene(8), opposit-4(15)-ene-1β,7-diol(9), and saniculamoid D(10), respectively. Their structures were elucidated by analysis of the MS and NMR spectroscopic data and comparison with the literature. All the isolates were obtained from A. giraldii var. longipedunculata for the first time, and five of them were obtained from the genus Artemisia for the first time. Additionally, the 13 C NMR data of 1 were fully assigned based on the 2 D NMR data for the first time.
