城市基础设施的韧性水平直接关系到城市防灾减灾的能力,气候变化和人类活动对城市基础设施造成日益增加的压力。选取北京、天津、上海、重庆四个华北、华东和西南地区的中心城市作为研究对象,基于PSR模型从压力、状态、响应3个韧性维度构建评估指标体系,使用熵权TOPSIS法赋权并计算2017~2022年间四座城市的基础设施综合韧性水平,提出相应的对策建议。研究结果表明:2017~2022年四座直辖市的基础设施韧性水平总体呈上升趋势,北京的综合韧性水平最高;不同层级对基础设施韧性水平的影响力有所差异,状态韧性的影响最为显著,响应韧性最容易通过人为行动提升。The resilience level of urban infrastructure, under increasing pressure caused by climate change and human activities, is directly related to the ability of disaster prevention and mitigation. Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, and Chongqing are respectively four central cities in North China, East China, and Southwest China, whose infrastructure resilience level have effect on surrounding areas. Therefore, we select four municipalities as study object, take 2017~2022 as the time dimension, formulate the evaluation index system based on the Pressure-State-Response Model, and calculate the weights of each index by the Entropy-Weight-Method. The results of the study show that: The infrastructure resilience level of the four municipalities in 2017~2022 is generally on the rise, and Beijing gets the highest score;the score of various dimensions have different impact on the comprehensive infrastructure resilience level, with the state resilience having the most significant impact, and the response resilience being easiest to improve through artificial measure.
