目的了解分析00后高职生心理生活质量现状,为促进学生身心健康发展提供实证依据。方法2021年9—10月,采用心理生活质量问卷(quality of mental life inventory,QOMLI)对长沙环境保护职业技术学院和湖南体育职业技术学院2所高职院校900名学生进行问卷调查,采用SPSS 19.0进行统计学分析。结果00后高职生心理生活质量整体自评得分为(84.95±11.05)分,各维度得分中,价值判断得分为(4.24±0.48)分,幸福体验得分为(3.83±0.69)分,生命质量得分为(3.70±0.65)分,心理成长得分为(3.65±0.64)分,心理健康得分为(3.24±0.82)分。多元线性回归分析显示,女大学生的生命质量和心理成长得分低(B=-0.175、-0.194,均P<0.01);艺术生的价值判断和心理健康得分低(B=-0.123、-0.697,均P<0.05);农村学生的生命质量和幸福体验得分低(B=-0.220、-0.142,均P<0.05);担任班干部的学生价值判断和生命质量得分高(B=0.098、0.152,均P<0.05);有留守经历的学生心理健康得分低(B=-0.195,P<0.05);有恋爱经历的学生生命质量得分高(B=0.137,P<0.05);家庭氛围和睦的学生生命质量和幸福体验得分高,反之得分低(B=-0.149、-0.353,均P<0.05);家庭月收入高的学生心理健康得分更高(B=0.251,P<0.05)。结论农村、多子女、有留守经历、家庭收入较低、家庭氛围不和睦等条件相对处于弱势的高职学生群体的心理生活质量值得关注,需要构建良好的社会支持系统,助其心理生活质量提升。
当前,新时代下的高职生思想政治教育面临着全新的挑战与机遇。本研究立足于新时代的背景之下,深入探讨了高职生思想政治教育如何在保持其本质属性的同时进行创新教育。研究结果显示,守正创新不仅能帮助高职生思想政治教育优化教学过程,提高教学质量,使高职生思想政治教育更加适应时代发展的需要,而且能增强高职生的思想认识,培养社会主义建设者和接班人。本研究的成果为新时代下的高职生思想政治教育提供了新的思考与借鉴,对于当前和未来高职生思想政治教育的发展具有重要的理论与实践意义。At present, the ideological and political education of higher vocational students in the new era is facing new challenges and opportunities. Based on the background of the new era, this study deeply explores how to carry out innovative education while maintaining the essential attributes of the ideological and political education of higher vocational students. The results show that integrity and innovation can not only help the ideological and political education of higher vocational students to optimize the teaching process, improve the quality of teaching, and make the ideological and political education of higher vocational students more suitable for the needs of the development of the times, but also enhance the ideological understanding of higher vocational students and cultivate socialist builders and successors. The results of this study provide new thinking and reference for the ideological and political education of higher vocational students in the new era, and have important theoretical and practical significance for the development of ideological and political education of higher vocational students at present and in the future.
