在数字化转型背景下,高校需对人力资源管理课程体系进行改革,以培养既懂管理又精通数字的复合型人才。文章分析了数字化人力资源管理的概念、特征及课程改革的目标定位,提出了内容体系优化、教学方法革新、实践环节强化、学科竞赛促进、校企合作深化等五项构建策略,旨在通过融入数字化元素、采用多元化教学手段、增设数字化实验项目、搭建竞技平台及建立产学研用协同机制,提升课程教育质量,满足市场对数字化人力资源管理人才的需求。Under the background of digital transformation, colleges and universities need to reform the human resource management curriculum system to cultivate composite talents who understand management and digital proficiency. The article analyses the concept and characteristics of digital human resource management and the target orientation of curriculum reform. It puts forward five construction strategies: optimisation of content system, innovation of teaching methods, strengthening of practical links, promotion of disciplinary competitions, and deepening of university-enterprise cooperation, aiming to improve the quality of education through the incorporation of digital elements, the use of diversified teaching methods, the addition of digital experimental projects, the construction of competitive platforms, and the establishment of the collaborative mechanism of industry-university-research-use. The aim is to improve the quality of the curriculum by incorporating digital elements, adopting diversified teaching methods, adding digital experimental projects, building a competitive platform and establishing an industry-university-research-use cooperative mechanism, to meet the market demand for digital human resource management talents.
