文章主要探讨当前法律文献检索课程教学中普遍存在的问题,包括高校对课程定位不高、文献检索资源不足、教学内容与实践脱节、学生的专业知识不足以支撑法律文献检索课程的开展等。针对这些问题,研究提出了相关教学改革措施,旨在提升课堂教学质量和学生学习效果。改革措施包括引入课程思政元素、采用目标导向的教学方式以提高课堂参与度、增加实践课程内容、改革课程考核方式、以及提高任课教师的综合素质和能力等。This paper discusses the common issues present in the current legal literature search course teaching, including the low positioning of the course by universities, insufficient literature search resources, the disconnection between teaching content and practice, and students’ lack of professional knowledge to support the implementation of legal literature search courses. In response to these issues, this paper proposes relevant teaching reform measures aimed at improving classroom teaching quality and student learning outcomes. The reform measures include integrating elements of ideological and political education into the course, adopting target-oriented teaching methods to increase classroom participation, enhancing practical course content, reforming course assessment methods, and improving the overall quality and capabilities of the teaching staff.
