基于文献可视化探析中医药近年发展,从文献中研究其现状和热点,本研究则使用CiteSpace对“中医药”和(AND)“发展”两个主题相关文章进行可视化,并使用Excel辅助制作表格,总共呈现的知识图谱有:文献年度发文趋势图、高频关键词表格、关键词共现图、机构合作网络图、关键词聚类统计表格、关键词时序演进图、关键词突现图。本研究依托于中医药近年政策发展的背景下探索中医药发展现状和热点导向,对中医药未来发展进行讨论,提出赓续中医药文化、完善中医药医疗服务体系、促进中医药与现代科学融合的未来展望,期望为中医药的赓续和发展有所助益。Based on literature visualization, this study explores the recent development of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) by examining its current status and hotspots through relevant articles on the themes of “traditional Chinese medicine” and “development” using CiteSpace for visualization. Excel is used to assist in creating tables. The knowledge maps presented include annual publication trend graphs, high-frequency keyword tables, keyword co-occurrence maps, institutional collaboration network maps, keyword clustering statistical tables, keyword temporal evolution graphs, and keyword burst detection graphs. This research explores the current status and hotspot directions of TCM development against the backdrop of recent policy developments in TCM, discusses the future development of TCM, and proposes future prospects for the continuation of TCM culture, the improvement of the TCM healthcare service system, and the integration of TCM with modern science, with the hope of contributing to the sustainability and development of TCM.
目的:在现代化科学技术的视角下,探索四川省中医药与新型科技的联系,以及其发展现状和策略建议。方法:通过政策梳理,中医医疗资源、服务、产业、文化和科研现状分析,与SWOT分析的方法,从多个层面进行现状剖析与总结。结果:四川省中医药创新性发展有国家与地方政策大力支持、中药材和道地药材资源丰富、人才储备丰富,科研力量雄厚等优点;有中医药国际化发展,现代化科学技术、人民需求增加带来的机会;同时也存在中医药服务体系尚未健全、顶尖人才与相关从业人员略显不足、产业集约化程度不足、中医药文化应用情况不足等劣势;以及国内外同类企业、西药、我国中医药知识产权受损与资源流失带来的威胁。结论:四川省应依托现代科技,继续深化中医药改革,健全中医药服务体系、壮大高质量人才队伍、推动产业升级,强化文化应用,加快建设国家中医药综合改革示范区。Objective: This paper explores the connection between traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and new science and technology in Sichuan Province, as well as its development status and strategic suggestions, from the perspective of modern science and technology. Methods: We analyze and summarize the current situation through policy combing, analysis of the current situation of TCM medical resources, services, industries, culture and scientific research, and SWOT analysis. Results: The innovative development of TCM in Sichuan Province has the advantages of strong support from national and local policies, abundant resources of traditional Chinese herbal materials and authentic medicinal herbs, rich talent reserves, and strong scientific research strength;There are opportunities brought about by the international development of TCM, modern science and technology, and the increase in people’s demand;There are disadvantages such as the imperfect service system of TCM, the slight shortage of top talents and
