《续资治通鉴长编》(以下简称《长编》)是宋代史学家李焘所著北宋编年体史籍,保留了大量原始史料,文献价值极高。其中记载了北宋皇帝、京朝官、地方官、一般士人等多个阶层的医案和病例。本文就《长编》所载足疾和中风病案从患者的症状、生活方式、职业、社会地位等方面进行考述,从疾病角度探究宋代官员的健康状态,侧面反映北宋医疗状况和诊治水平。Continuation of Zizhi Tongjian Long Chronicle (hereinafter referred to as The Long Chronicle) is a Northern Song Dynasty annalistic work written by Li Tao, the Song Dynasty historian, which preserves a wealth of original materials and has extremely high documentary value. It records medical cases and illnesses of various social classes, including emperors, central government officials, local officials, and common scholars. This article historical reviews the foot diseases and stroke cases recorded in “The Long Chronicle” from the perspectives of symptom, lifestyle, occupation, and social status, in order to explore the health status of Song Dynasty officials from disease perspective and indirectly reflect the medical situation and treatment level of the Northern Song Dynasty.
